The secret to a great burger is to use the best beef. We use 100% fresh, never frozen certified angus. A loosely rolled ball is “Smashed” and also Dashed with seasonings to make it the most mouthwatering burger you have ever had. It is caramelized on the bottom which holds the juices and the flavor into the patty.
Hand Cut Fries
Fresh potatoes hand cut and cooked to perfection
We start with fresh Idaho potatoes. Cleaned and cut into fry slices. They are blanched and then cooked in 100% Canola oil. Fries are the only thing cooked in this oil.
Homemade Ice Cream
Made fresh right in our kitchen with the best ingredients
We use only the freshest ingredients. 16% butterfat, Super Premium Ice Cream Mix, and pure vanilla. We are one of the only restaurants to make our own ice cream in house.
